Requirements

Number of Doctors: Total - 4 Nos / Gender Specification: 3 Female doctors, 1 Male doctor (including the CMO)

Profile: 1: Chief Medical Officer (CMO) - 1 No

Qualification: - AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health)

Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee complete OHC operations Lead all internal and external audits Conduct training sessions Manage the pharmacy and medical inventory Support compliance with regulatory health standards Conducting health assessments to employees - Half-yearly / Annual Fitness assessment on new workers hiring Managing occupational health hazards Providing medical care Advising on health and safety protocols Developing health programs Documentation and reporting Conducting periodical medical examination Working with tie-up hospitals Working with local ESIC dispensary Managing government health department audits and reviews

Profile 2: Other Doctors - 3 Nos

Qualification: Preferred MBBS with AFIH if not Then MBBS with a minimum of 2 years' experience

Shift Requirements: Required to work in 3 shifts

OHC to be functional 365 days a year

Shift Timings:

General Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM I Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM II Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM III Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

a. Canteen:

Available within the mill compound.
b. Accommodation:

Residential accommodation for the CMO will be provided within the MCPL mill compound This is to ensure availability for handling health issues of residents in the company quarters
