About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher who has completed 1 year of Articleship and recently qualified as a Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits under the guidance of senior team members.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany).
• Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax-related filings.
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform financial analysis and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Work closely with seniors to identify process improvements and support operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS).
• Basic knowledge of taxation, audit procedures, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP preferred).
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in teams and meet tight deadlines.

Education:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Completed
• 1 Year Articleship completed from a recognized CA firm
