About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect and reach out to CPA affiliate marketers
2. Work on owning up to the sales targets to facilitate revenue growth
3. Manage affiliate marketers and drive sales
4. Build strategic plans and high-performing programs to acquire new affiliate partners and build strong relationships with existing partners
5. Execute campaigns that align with plans and regularly report performance.
6. Develop new initiatives for user acquisition and optimize ROI through a data-driven approach
7. Work on building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with central marketing teams, partnerships, sales, and product teams to align initiatives and meet emerging business needs
8. Research, review, and recruit prospective affiliate partners across international markets
9. Work on quickly and ambitiously building a large network of high-performing affiliates to exceed monthly sales targets
10. Provide clear recommendations based on analysis, and work with growth marketing, other channel managers, and internal content teams to contribute to the product's growth strategy
11. Identify opportunities for new and innovative ways on how to improve affiliate partner processes through the exploration of new software tools and internal process optimization
12. Manage affiliate management platforms, content management systems, and data analysis tools
