We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in executing affiliate campaigns, optimizing performance, and working with affiliate networks and partners to drive traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and networks.
Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversions, ROI, etc.
Build strong relationships with affiliates to maximize program effectiveness.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to provide affiliates with effective marketing materials.
Ensure timely tracking, reporting, and payout processes with affiliates.
Research new trends and tools in affiliate marketing and suggest improvements.
Run promotional campaigns in coordination with product launches or seasonal marketing efforts.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based marketing.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Admitad, etc.
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
Good communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple affiliate accounts and campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or digital advertising is a plus.
