This role demands a strong balance of relationship-building, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, particularly in outreach and B2B engagement.
You'll play a key role in expanding our affiliate network, driving revenue through new and existing partners, and contributing to the overall global marketing strategy -- all while working remotely from India.
Key Responsibilities
Cold call and generate new prospects (70% of role)
- build and nurture relationships with potential affiliate partners globally.
Develop and execute the
overall affiliate marketing strategy
to achieve growth targets.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates and strategic partners.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates to drive incremental volume.
Create and maintain an
annual affiliate campaign calendar
and rollout plan.
Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and promotional terms with affiliates and networks.
Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and design teams to align campaign goals.
Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics; provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Monitor compliance and ensure all affiliate activities adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
A graduate in any stream (
Commerce or Economics preferred
).
Experience with
Google Analytics
and other reporting tools is a plus.
Prior
Account Management experience
within the tech or digital marketing industry.
Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales and heavy cold-calling experience
.
Proven ability to
initiate and grow business relationships
.
Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.
Excellent
organizational, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving
abilities.
Strong understanding of data, trends, and performance metrics, with the ability to turn insights into actions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across multiple channels.

multiple projects simultaneously
in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools, technologies, and strategies.
Understanding of additional digital marketing channels --
