Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Build, manage, and scale the affiliate partner network

2. Recruit new affiliates (bloggers, influencers, publishers, agencies)

3. Manage affiliate onboarding, tracking links, payouts, and performance

4. Optimize affiliate campaigns to increase leads/sales

5. Monitor KPIs: traffic, conversions, CAC, ROI

6. Coordinate with content, SEO, and paid marketing teams

7. Prevent fraud and ensure compliance with brand guidelines

Requirements

1. Proven experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing

2. Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, Partnerize, Everflow, etc.)

3. Strong negotiation & relationship management skills

4. Data-driven mindset with reporting and analytics skills

5. Experience in SaaS / Tech / E-commerce (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
