Affiliate Marketing Manager

to lead and scale our affiliate partnerships, ensuring strong ROI and expanding our brand visibility across digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute the overall

affiliate marketing strategy

to drive sales, traffic, and revenue. Identify, onboard, and manage

affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and networks

. Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and promotional terms with affiliates. Monitor affiliate performance metrics including

traffic, conversions, ROI, CAC, and revenue attribution

. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and policies across affiliate campaigns. Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop marketing materials (banners, links, landing pages) for affiliates. Optimize the affiliate channel through

A/B testing, funnel improvements, and data-driven insights

. Prepare regular reports on

KPIs and campaign performance

for management. Stay updated on

industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate platforms

. Work closely with the performance marketing and SEO teams to align affiliate activities with broader promotional strategies.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, or related field

. 3-6 years of experience in

affiliate marketing

, preferably in e-commerce or D2C brands. Strong knowledge of

affiliate platform tools

(CJ, Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, Admitad, etc.). Proven track record of

scaling affiliate programs and driving incremental revenue

. Solid understanding of

performance marketing KPIs

such as ROI, LTV, and CAC. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in

Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, PartnerDash, etc.)

. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
