About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and scale affiliate programs across multiple websites and geographies. This role focuses on building strong publisher relationships, expanding affiliate networks, driving traffic and revenue, and strengthening brand presence across affiliate platforms, review sites, and community channels.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management

Manage and optimize affiliate programs across websites and international markets Monitor affiliate performance, commission structures, and payout cycles Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate policies

Publisher & Partner Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and affiliate partners Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate communication, negotiations, and onboarding Identify and onboard high-performing and high-potential affiliate partners

Communication & Internal Coordination

Strengthen communication with affiliates through newsletters, offers, updates, and promotions Coordinate with marketing, creative, and product teams to support affiliate needs

Campaign Optimization & Growth

Track key metrics including clicks, conversions, revenue, and ROAS Analyze performance trends and implement strategies to improve traffic and conversions Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and offers

Community & Platform Engagement

Manage and grow brand presence on platforms such as Reddit, forums, deal sites, and niche communities Engage in relevant discussions to drive organic visibility and maintain brand reputation

Reporting & Insights

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Recommend data-driven strategies to scale affiliate programs globally

Market Expansion

Research and identify new affiliate networks, publishers, and regional growth opportunities Support the launch and scaling of affiliate programs in new markets

Requirements

2-5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, networks, and tracking tools Experience working with global markets is an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data Familiarity with Reddit, deal forums, and community-driven platforms Ability to multitask, manage multiple partners, and meet deadlines
