Affiliate Marketer

About the Role:

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for an Affiliate Marketer to manage and expand our clients' affiliate programs. You'll play a key role in driving revenue for our clients through partnerships, influencer collaborations, and affiliate networks. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns for multiple clients. Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers, and partners. Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) and optimize campaigns for maximum results. Report campaign performance to clients and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, paid media, social) to align affiliate campaigns with overall client strategies. Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing affiliate programs or performance marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, SEO, paid media). Proven experience in managing affiliate marketing campaigns, including leveraging social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions. Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing client accounts. Knowledge of U.S., European, or international markets. Basic understanding of influencer marketing and partner outreach.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
