Herbalmax Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing nutraceutical and personal wellness
brand known for its premium-quality supplements in men's health, skin care, and general
wellness categories. We are expanding our performance marketing division and are
looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager who can drive high-quality traffic
and conversions for our male enhancement and sexual wellness products through
strategic partnerships and media buying on adult lead generation websites.
Role Overview
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for media buying, affiliate
management, and lead generation activities focused on adult traffic sources. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of CPM, CPC, and CPA campaigns, and
proven expertise in scaling profitable traffic from both global and Indian publishers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, and ad networks specializing
in adult and wellness traffic.
Negotiate deals, payouts, and campaign terms with publishers to achieve high ROI.
Set up, monitor, and optimize CPM, CPC, and CPA campaigns across multiple platforms.
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for male enhancement and sexual wellness
products.
Utilize banner ads, pop traffic, native ads, and display campaigns for audience
acquisition.
Manage Facebook/Meta ads and other paid media for compliant campaigns.
Optimize creatives, landing pages, and offers for maximum conversion.
Ensure campaigns adhere to platform and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
(preferably in adult/healthcare/nutraceutical domain).
Proven experience with adult traffic sources (e.g., TrafficJunky, ExoClick, JuicyAds,
Adsterra, etc.).
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPM, and CPC models.
Experience in Facebook/Meta Ads, banner ads, and pop traffic campaigns.
Proficiency in tracking tools like Voluum, RedTrack, or Binom.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Creative and performance-driven mindset.
