We are looking for a passionate and motivated

Affiliate Marketing Executive (Fresher)

to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing and learn the ins and outs of affiliate partnerships, promotions, and performance-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and recruit new affiliates, influencers, and content partners. Maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners and ensure consistent performance. Assist in creating and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and suggest improvements. Coordinate with the content, SEO, and design teams to ensure proper creatives and messaging. Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing and competitor strategies. Support tracking, reporting, and monthly payout processes.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong interest in digital marketing and performance-based campaigns. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of affiliate networks (like ShareASale, CJ, Impact, etc.) is a plus. Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets). Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-driven.
