Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with telecom sales objectives.
Manage the day-to-day activities of affiliate programs across multiple platforms.
Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, digital, and customer support) to align affiliate efforts with company goals.
Ensure compliance with company branding, messaging, and regulatory guidelines in all affiliate content.
Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and affiliate platforms.
Develop promotional strategies to increase engagement and conversions through affiliate networks.
Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, growth, and insights for senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends, affiliate tools, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in telecom or BPO.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, affiliate networks, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Impact, ShareASale) is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-focused.
