Job Description

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building systems, teams, and acquisition engines from the ground up.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for implementing the full 30-day launch plan, including:

Affiliate Program Build & Management

Build and manage a global affiliate network (200-500 active affiliates). Recruit affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook groups, and niche communities. Distribute content packs, posting instructions, scripts, and tracking links. Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure smooth coordination with payouts and performance metrics.

Micro-Influencer & Creator Campaigns

Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers (5k-150k followers). Coordinate submissions, content approvals, CTAs, and posting schedules. Track performance and optimize creator pipelines.

Lead Funnel Setup

Support WhatsApp nurturing sequences, CRM processes, and follow-up workflows. Contribute to landing page optimization and conversion improvements.

Performance Optimization

Monitor daily KPIs: affiliate activity, conversion rates, lead quality. Provide coaching and guidance to affiliates to improve results. Scale channels and content that show strong early performance.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, creator management, or performance marketing. Ability to recruit and activate large numbers of affiliates quickly. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, UGC content trends, and short-form video best practices. Experience with affiliate tracking tools, funnels, and performance dashboards. Highly organized, proactive, and able to deliver under tight timelines. Excellent communication and onboarding abilities.

Preferred Experience

Travel, luxury, lifestyle, fintech, or nomad industries. Experience managing high-ticket affiliate funnels. Track record launching affiliate programs from zero.
