Affiliate Manager
to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate & Buyer Relationship Management
Onboard, manage, and scale relationships with affiliates, publishers, and advertisers.
Negotiate competitive payout structures and long-term partnership agreements.
Serve as the strategic advisor and primary point of contact for your partners.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Launch and manage CPL, CPA, CPS, and Pay Per Call campaigns.
Continuously monitor performance (e.g., conversion rate, lead quality, buffer time) and optimize accordingly.
Use tracking platforms like Ringba, Everflow, or HasOffers to track performance in real-time.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates and buyers through outbound and inbound efforts.
Convert prospects into active, revenue-generating partners through guided onboarding and nurturing.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign and partner data to assess churn, ROI, and traffic quality.
Generate reports with actionable insights to share with internal teams and stakeholders.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Monitor traffic sources to ensure compliance with platform and advertiser standards.
Collaborate with legal, tech, and QA teams to maintain campaign integrity and compliance.
What We're Looking For
-1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing (leads and/or Pay Per Call experience preferred).
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Solid understanding of CPL, CPS, CPA, and Pay Per Call campaign structures.
-Hands-on experience with platforms like Ringba, Everflow, CAKE, or Voluum.
-Proven track record of optimizing campaigns and growing affiliate/buyer relationships.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
