Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand reach and online sales.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with the brand's goals.
Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, negotiating commissions, offers, and promotions.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Manage affiliate marketing platforms or networks.
Prepare and analyze performance reports on traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue from affiliate channels.
Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and creative teams for promotional materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all affiliate activities.
Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and market best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Office Timing: 9.15 to 6.30
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
