In this on-site role, you'll be instrumental in expanding and optimizing global affiliate network, fostering strong relationships with international advertisers, media buyers, and publishers. What You'll Do:
Strategic Partnership Development: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners worldwide, including both advertisers and publishers.
Campaign Scaling & Optimization: Drive the growth and performance of affiliate campaigns across key verticals such as finance, gaming, utilities, and e-commerce.
Performance Management: Oversee daily campaign performance, meticulously track ROI, and implement strategies for continuous partner optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal technology and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and execution of affiliate programs.
Commercial Negotiations: Expertly negotiate commercial terms and various payout models, including CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Industry Representation: Act as an ambassador global affiliate conferences, events, and virtual gatherings.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on managing both publishers and advertisers.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with various affiliate tracking tools and offer platforms.
Global Market Expertise: Proven ability to successfully scale campaigns within a global market context.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
Mindset: A highly self-motivated and growth-oriented individual.
