Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of mobile affiliate campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS) across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. Affiliate Partner Relations: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliate partners to expand our network and drive campaign performance. Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, and technical teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and seamless execution. Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry standards and company policies, maintaining high-quality traffic and minimizing fraud.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree. Experience--0.6-1 years in affiliate marketing, with a focus on mobile campaign delivery and performance marketing. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external partners. Problem-Solving: A Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
