We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused

Aesthetician

to join our team at The Good Skin Project Spa Center in Thane. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in advanced skin care treatments and a passion for delivering high-quality aesthetic services that align with our commitment to skin wellness and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of aesthetic services including facials, clean-ups, skin polishing, chemical peels, hydra facials, and other dermatologically approved skin treatments Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans and products Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness of the treatment rooms and tools Educate clients on post-treatment care and skin care regimens Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service and follow-up Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the aesthetic and skin care industry Maintain accurate client records and treatment details Work closely with the dermatologists or skin consultants (if applicable) for specialized treatments Support front desk or reception team with consultations and product recommendations when required

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an aesthetician in a spa, salon, or skin clinic Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field from a recognized institute Excellent knowledge of skin care techniques and cosmetic products Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a high-standard service culture Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays if required
