We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Aesthetic Trainer / Faculty

to join our medical education team. The ideal candidate will have a solid clinical background in aesthetic procedures and a flair for teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals. This role involves delivering hands-on training sessions, theoretical lectures, and clinical demonstrations in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on aesthetic procedures such as: Botox & Fillers Chemical Peels Laser Treatments Thread Lifts PRP, Mesotherapy, and other advanced techniques Train doctors, dentists, and medical professionals in aesthetic protocols, safety, and ethics. Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training modules. Provide post-training support and mentorship to participants. Ensure compliance with all medical and institutional guidelines during training. Participate in webinars, workshops, and conferences on behalf of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS with specialization or certification in Aesthetic Medicine / Cosmetic Dermatology. Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in aesthetic procedures. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Teaching or training experience preferred. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies. Ability to inspire, mentor, and build confidence in trainees.
