, you will be responsible for providing advanced skin and aesthetic treatments, ensuring client safety, comfort, and exceptional service. You will act as a wellness guide, building trust with clients through diagnostic-led consultations, treatment delivery, and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver skin and aesthetic treatments including but not limited to:
Facials, peels, hydrafacials, skin boosters, microneedling, RF/Exion, laser hair reduction, cryotherapy support, photobiomodulation, etc.
Assist dermatologists and functional medicine experts during advanced procedures.
Conduct thorough skin analyses and maintain treatment records.
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.
Recommend customized treatment plans and product prescriptions aligned with Zoii's protocols.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and safety.
Uphold Zoii's luxury service ethos--ensuring every client experience is professional, welcoming, and results-driven.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and training programs.
Support cross-vertical wellness programs (weight reset, bridal reboot, longevity, etc.) when skin health integration is required.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a skin therapist/aesthetician in a premium clinic or wellness centre.
Strong technical knowledge of skin procedures and devices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-care skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to continuous learning.
Ability to work in a team with dermatologists, nutritionists, and wellness experts.
