Job Title: Head of Sales - Skin & Aesthetic ClinicRole Summary
The Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth across dermatology, aesthetic, and cosmetic services. This role leads the sales team, designs patient acquisition strategies, improves consultation-to-conversion rates, and builds strong relationships with doctors, therapists, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the clinic
Increase conversion rates from consultations to procedures/packages
Drive sales of treatment plans, memberships, and long-term care packages
Sales Strategy
Design and execute sales strategies aligned with clinic goals
Pricing strategy and package creation for skin, laser, injectables, and cosmetic treatments
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage sales counselors / relationship managers
Set KPIs, incentives, and performance benchmarks
Conduct regular coaching, audits, and performance reviews
Patient Experience & Conversion
Ensure high-quality consultation experience without compromising ethics
Work closely with dermatologists to align treatment plans and sales approach
Handle high-value clients and complex closures
Marketing Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing on lead quality, campaigns, and promotions
Analyze lead sources, CAC, and ROI
Optimize funnel from inquiry ? consultation ? treatment
Reporting & Analytics
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance
Analyze drop-offs, objections, and patient feedback
Prepare reports for management and clinic owners
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of
dermatology & aesthetic treatments
(laser, injectables, skin therapies)
Proven experience in
healthcare / cosmetic / luxury service sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to balance
ethical selling
with revenue goals
Team leadership and motivation skills
Data-driven mindset with CRM experience
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
5-10 years of sales experience
Minimum 3-5 years in
skin, aesthetic, cosmetic, or healthcare sales
Experience managing multi-location clinics is a plus
