Job Summary
The
Aesthetic Practitioner
will be responsible for performing a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, conducting client consultations, and ensuring excellent patient care and safety. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience, good communication skills, and a passion for the aesthetic industry.
Key Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic procedures including (but not limited to):
Botox and Dermal Fillers
Laser Treatments (Hair Removal, Pigmentation, Skin Rejuvenation)
PRP, Micro-needling, and Skin Boosters
Advanced Facials and Peels
Conduct comprehensive client consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential client medical records and consent forms.
Ensure compliance with all clinical, hygiene, and safety standards.
Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions to clients.
Manage client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Support clinic marketing activities, events, and promotions when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree/Diploma in, Cosmetology, or Aesthetic Medicine.
Valid license or certification (as per local medical regulations).
Minimum
1-3 years of relevant experience
in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic.
Hands-on experience in injectables and laser-based treatments (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
Customer-oriented approach with strong focus on patient satisfaction.

Work Schedule
6 days a week (including weekends, with one weekday off).
