Aesthetics Manager - Hospital | JP Nagar | 25-35 K

| Experience : 2+ years as Relationship/Salon/Patient Experience Manager + Extremely Smart & Presentable | Salary : 30-40 K pm | WFOffice JPNagar BLR | Qualification : Degree in Hospitality Management or Relevant field

Responsibilities

- Promoting our Aesthetics Services to People visiting our Hospital
- Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
- Promote Services, products and discounts on social media
- Track important clients payments and transactions
- Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
- Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers
- Ensure stocks are available, of beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock

Expectations & Skills

- Proven work experience as Aesthetics Manager/Beauty Salon Manager/Similar role
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
- Ability to handle customer requests and complaints with grace | Good organizational skills
- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus
