Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals. Educate clients on available treatments, procedures, and skincare products (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, facials, etc.). Assess client needs and recommend appropriate services in collaboration with medical practitioners. Develop and maintain treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and budgets. Build rapport and trust with clients to foster long-term relationships. Ensure clients are well-informed of risks, benefits, costs, and post-care instructions. Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Coordinate with medical professionals, technicians, and front desk staff for seamless service. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in the aesthetics industry. Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an aesthetic counsellor or in a similar role in a dermatology or cosmetic clinic. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Professional appearance and a positive, empathetic attitude. Proficiency in clinic management software is a plus.
