: Aesthetic Counsellor

Role Overview:

The Aesthetic Counsellor serves as the primary point of contact for patients seeking dermatology and aesthetic services, providing consultation, educating on treatments, and driving conversions while ensuring exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients, build rapport, and conduct initial consultations (skin, hair, or cosmetic concerns). Educate patients on services, procedures, and treatment benefits. Present customized treatment plans in collaboration with doctors. Address patient queries and convert inquiries into bookings. Follow up on treatment schedules, packages, and post-care reviews. Maintain patient records and update CRM/software. Collaborate with doctors and the operations team for smooth execution. Achieve counselling and sales targets while maintaining a patient-first approach.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and persuasion skills. Knowledge of dermatology/aesthetic treatments (laser, peels, anti-aging, hair restoration). Ability to handle patient concerns sensitively. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Sales-driven with a patient-centric attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
