Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Aesthetic Counsellor cum Clinic Manager. The role is based in Delhi, India. The Aesthetic Counsellor cum Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with patients, and addressing their concerns and needs. In addition, the role involves driving sales and meeting targets, as well as organising and managing patient records and appointments.

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Sales experience and the ability to meet sales targets Excellent Organisation Skills Ability to work effectively in a team Proven experience in a similar role in the Dermatology or cosmetic industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
