The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge and sales acumen to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.- Design, customize, and sell travel itineraries/packages as per client requirements.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of at least 5+ key destinations including Asia, USA, UK, Schengen Countries (Europe), Vietnam, Bali, Thailand, and Dubai.- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective conversion and upselling.- Build strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, DMCs, and airlines for best deals and smooth execution.- Stay updated with travel trends, visa requirements, and seasonal offers.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in selling holiday packages (domestic & international).- Strong destination knowledge of Asia, USA, UK, Schengen region, Vietnam, Bali, Thailand, and Dubai.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in itinerary building, costing, and preparing quotations.- Hands-on experience with travel CRM/booking systems.- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel.
