TechRadiance is seeking an experienced and passionate

Aerospace Trainer

with 2-3 years of industry and/or training experience to deliver high-quality aerospace education and hands-on training programs. The trainer will be responsible for mentoring students and professionals, designing training modules, and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and practical training in

Aerospace Engineering

concepts Train students on topics such as: Aircraft Structures Aerodynamics Propulsion Systems Flight Mechanics Avionics basics Conduct

hands-on sessions

using aerospace tools, simulations, and software Design and update training curriculum as per

industry standards

Mentor students on projects, internships, and career paths Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects Coordinate with internal teams for training delivery and placement support Stay updated with latest aerospace technologies and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Aerospace / Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering

2-3 years

of relevant industry or training experience Strong understanding of aerospace fundamentals and applications Experience with aerospace software/tools (MATLAB, ANSYS, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners Passion for teaching and mentoring

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience as a

corporate trainer or academic instructor

Knowledge of simulation tools and real-world aerospace projects Industry exposure in aviation, defense, or space sectors
