About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Skill Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for aerospace engineering roles, including design, manufacturing, quality, testing, and program management positions. This role requires a deep understanding of aerospace industry skills and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities o
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs for aerospace projects.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract aerospace professionals (design engineers, avionics, stress analysts, CAD/Catia V5 experts, program managers, etc.).
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating technical assessments, and closing offers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, professional networks, and aerospace-specific channels.
Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidates' aerospace domain knowledge and skill fit.
Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS/HR systems and generate reports as required.
Represent the organization at job fairs, aerospace events, and university engagements.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with focus on aerospace/engineering talent.
Familiarity with aerospace job functions such as: o CAD/Design (Catia V5, SolidWorks, NX) o Avionics & Systems Engineering o Manufacturing & Quality Assurance o Testing & Certification (DO-178C, DO-254, AS9100, etc.)
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, aerospace-specific platforms).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for global aerospace/aviation companies or MROs.
Knowledge of defense/aerospace compliance requirements.
Certification in Recruitment or HR Management is a plus.
