Key Performance Area:

Lead and manage the Aerospace Hose Assembly Manufacturing Division, aligning with company objectives and customer requirements. Develop long-term manufacturing strategies to support aerospace OEM and Tier-1 customers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Build and mentor a strong technical and operational team. Oversee end-to-end hose assembly manufacturing processes -- from raw material preparation, cutting, crimping, and assembly to testing and certification. Ensure production targets are met while adhering to aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP, OEM approvals). Monitor capacity utilization, resource planning, and on-time delivery performance. Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and best practices to minimize waste and optimize workflow. Ensure compliance with aerospace industry certifications and regulatory requirements. Drive robust quality systems, including FAI, PPAP, SPC, and traceability documentation. Collaborate with QA and design teams to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
