Support on EQIR best practice and learnings for the new team to develop the EQIRs
As needed you can join the any customer meetings
T200 support for Airbus team
Mentoring and guidance wherever necessary
Training sessions as needed
Other queries support
Customer visits : Meeting pitch or walk the floor pitch as needed
Wings Improvement ideas tools Solution pitch already to UK team can be continued ( Dave / Ben and others )
Support on productivity / digital / automation ideas from technical perspective / Validate the ideas coming from the team
