Position Overview:
To manage the end-to-end process of airport entry permits for employees and vendors. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with aviation security protocols and smooth coordination with airport authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process
Airport Entry Pass (AEP)
applications and renewals for employees and stakeholders.
Liaise with airport security authorities, BCAS (Bureau of Civil Aviation Security), and other regulatory bodies for approvals.
Maintain accurate and updated records of AEP applications, validity, renewals, and cancellations.
Ensure compliance with security guidelines, documentation requirements, and timelines.
Conduct regular audits of active AEPs and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Security teams for smooth onboarding of new employees.
Handle escalations related to AEP delays, rejections, or compliance issues.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in
(preferred).
Familiarity with BCAS regulations, airport security protocols, and documentation requirements.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in airport operational environments and meet strict deadlines.
