Responsibilities for AEM developer


Implement components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)


Configure and set up AEM workflows, Sling mapping, Multi-site management including translation framework


Provide architectural solutions for page layout and organization


Author personalized dynamic driven content


Author A/B and/or multi-variant testing driven content


Manage and develop roles and role based content


Work with back end and software dev teams to manage integrations


Teach and train other authors


Perform code/peer reviews within the hub


Provides support on key products should there be an incident / problem related to a product that's now live and requires a development fix




Qualifications for AEM developer


CQ 5/Adobe AEM 6 development experience


This includes proven experience of the development of templates/components


Web Development experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript - minimum 3 years


Have a good understanding of software engineering practices, SDLC


Practical experience of 3+ years in Java and associated technologies


2+ years experience in AEM administrations
