Lead the design, development, and implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and developers, to deliver seamless digital experiences. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and its integrations with other systems. Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Participate in project planning and estimation, providing input on technical feasibility and resource requirements. Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong proficiency in AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Familiarity with back-end technologies, including Java and RESTful web services. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Good to Haves:

AEM certification is a plus. Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (AEM as a Cloud Service). Understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
