About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

AEM Project Manager

to lead our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects in Mehrauli, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end AEM implementations, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital experience projects. If you are passionate about driving successful AEM initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact!

Core Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end AEM projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in alignment with client objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, content authors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee AEM implementation, customization, and integration with other systems (e.g., CRM, eCommerce platforms). Ensure adherence to AEM best practices, quality standards, and project methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall). Manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on project goals. Drive continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and team performance. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, results-driven work environment. Stay updated with the latest AEM features, Adobe ecosystem trends, and digital experience technologies.

Required Technical Skills:

10+ years of total experience in IT project management, with

6+ years of hands-on experience managing AEM projects

. Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations, including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms. Proven experience managing AEM-based content management and digital experience projects. Familiarity with AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Knowledge of AEM development tools (e.g., Sling, OSGi, JCR) and deployment processes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence. Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration with backend systems. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign). Knowledge of cloud-based AEM deployments (e.g., AEM as a Cloud Service). Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins or Git. Understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) for AEM integration. Exposure to digital marketing, SEO, and personalization strategies. Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, PMP, Scrum Master). Experience working with global clients or distributed teams.
