Sr. Executive / Deputy Manager - Overseas Business Development

Key Responsibilities * Achieve annual and strategic business targets for overseas markets.

• Identify, onboard, and support international dealer networks.
• Drive sales growth through enquiry tracking, order management, and timely dispatch coordination.
• Conduct market research, develop new business opportunities, and support marketing/exhibition activities.
• Provide training and technical assistance to dealers for sales and service operations.

Key Requirements * B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (MBA preferred).

• 3-5 years' experience in business development, preferably in exports or industrial products.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems and pneumatics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to diverse international markets.
