About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Full Stack AEM Developer

with

3 to 5 years of experience

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

solutions across both frontend and backend. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and cross-functional development teams to build

scalable, high-performing, and responsive digital experiences

modern frontend technologies

, along with a solid understanding of backend integrations and RESTful services.

Responsibilities

AEM Development (Frontend & Backend)

Design and develop

custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and OSGi services

. Implement

Sling Models

and

servlets

to support dynamic data-driven components. Develop responsive and high-quality frontend components using

HTL (Sightly)

,

JavaScript (ES6+)

,

HTML5

, and

CSS3

. Integrate frontend components with AEM's backend infrastructure and third-party APIs. Optimize AEM solutions for

performance, scalability, and reusability

.

Collaboration & Process

Work closely with

UX/UI designers

to deliver seamless user experiences. Collaborate with

backend teams

to integrate APIs, services, and microservices into AEM. Participate in

Agile/Scrum ceremonies

including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct

code reviews

, ensure

unit testing coverage

, and maintain code quality standards.

Optimization & Maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

AEM components, templates, workflows, and deployments

. Ensure

cross-browser compatibility

,

SEO best practices

, and

web accessibility compliance

. Monitor system performance and optimize

page speed, caching, and client libraries

.

Required Skills and Experience

3-5 years

of professional experience in

Adobe Experience Manager

full-stack development. Strong knowledge of

AEM 6.x

architecture, components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and client libraries. Proficiency in

HTL (Sightly)

,

Sling Models

,

OSGi services

, and

JCR repository

. Expertise in

Java

,

JSP

,

Servlets

, and backend AEM integrations. Solid experience with

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks

. Experience integrating

RESTful APIs

and third-party services within AEM. Familiarity with

Webpack, Node.js, npm, Git, Maven, and Jenkins

. Knowledge of

CI/CD pipelines

and

DevOps workflows

. Understanding of

responsive design

cross-browser compatibility

performance optimization

Good to Have

Experience with

SASS/SCSS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
