Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AEM Forms Full Stack Consultant with strong expertise in Adaptive Forms, backend bundles, and end-to-end form solutions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and comfortable interacting with clients in customer-facing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Adaptive Forms, backend solutions, and guide a team working on AEM Forms implementations. Develop custom workflows, templates, components, and scripts to support complex business needs. Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems, including REST and SOAP-based services, databases, and third-party tools. Implement prefill logic, validations, conditional rules, and data binding for Adaptive Forms. Contribute to both backend and frontend development activities as needed. Ensure form accessibility, performance optimization, and responsiveness across devices. Troubleshoot and resolve AEM Forms-related issues and environment-level challenges. Collaborate with QA teams for testing, debugging, and validating form functionality. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.

. Experience integrating with

RESTful APIs

SOAP Web Services

. Knowledge of form lifecycle, data security, and form publishing processes. Experience with

, dispatcher, and load balancer setups.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Expert - AEM Forms Developer (nice to have, certification name retained but not attributed). Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, or AEMaaCS (cloud) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working in regulated domains such as banking or finance. * EDS experience is an added advantage.
