Insurance Broking & Risk Management Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Pune office:
AEM and Adobe Analytics/Target Developer What can you expect?

• The Adobe AEM Web Content Management Developer will play a vital role in the development, design, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions. You will work closely with developers, system administrators, project/program managers, external agencies and design team to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing Product Suite.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience, web technologies
• 3+ years AEM/Adobe Target development experience.
• Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates.
• Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases
• Integrating AEM with other applications
• AEM versions: 6.3 and later (6.5, a plus)
• Experience with AEM Multi Site Manager
• Implement & enhance Adobe Target Premium and Adobe Launch
• Adobe Target Recommendations & Automated Personalization
• Maintain and build tagging and data structures across digital properties utilizing data-layers
• Support and develop processes and documentation for tagging, testing, QA, and reporting
• Develop reports and Dashboards to meet clients’ needs in Adobe Analytics and Target Advice on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met.
• Implement A/B tests and help prioritize testing.
• Support an ongoing roadmap of Target improvements.
• Report on testing efforts and communicate insights to a broader audience.
• Nice to have Tools: Jenkins, GIT, JIRA, Confluence
• Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.

Preview to our current base policies:

• Maternity benefits: Sum insured for normal delivery and C-section is INR 75,000.
• Mental health on IPD (up to full sum insured) and OPD (up to 40,000) to cover Psychiatric and related treatments
• Home care and treatment : Within the sum insured limit
• Hotel quarantine: Covered in the policy
• Make shift or temporary hospital treatment : Within the sum insured limit
• Enhanced colleague experience through Benefitme portal (one stop self-service for enrollment)

Voluntary Parental Policy:

• Sum Insured options: 3 Lacs, 5 Lacs and 7 Lacs
• Pre-existing diseases: Covered from Day 1 with no waiting periods
• Co-pay: 20% on all claims expect capped aliments
• Internal Congenital ailment: Covered
• Room Rent Restriction: INR 7,500/- per day for normal room & INR 10,000/- per day for ICU; Proportionate Clause applicable
• Pre and post hospitalization: Covered for 30 days and 60 days respectively
• Time exclusions: Waived for diseases (30 days / 1 year / 2 years / 4 years)
• Although completely voluntary, colleagues would be encouraged to enroll considering dependents age & pre-existing health conditions
• 6 monthly instalment option through payroll

What you need to have:

• Conception and implementation of enterprise content management solutions based on AEM
• Analysis of customer requirements and the creation of implementation concepts
• Independent development and implementation of innovative ideas
• Support with the transfer of the AEM into the development and operating environment of the EPD (AEM architecture and staging)
• Java-based development of release-capable AEM software components
• Implementation of the supplied web frontend HTML templates in AEM JSP templates
• Integration of Adobe Marketing Cloud systems such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or Adobe Tag Manager
• Support of the product owner in the assessment of requirements with regard to AEM architecture, technologies, internal interfaces or connections to third-party systems
• A/B Testing using Adobe target
• Adobe Analytics, Target integration/implementation with AEM
• Develop reports and Dashboards to meet clients’ needs in Adobe Analytics and Target Advice on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met.
