We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer

to join our growing team at Concrete Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AEM development, integration, and deployment to help deliver scalable digital experiences for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and services. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and backend engineers to deliver optimized solutions. Integrate AEM with third-party applications and back-end systems. Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues and performance bottlenecks. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience with AEM 6.x (Sites and Assets). Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and OSGi. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks. Familiarity with AEM architecture, JCR (Apache Jackrabbit), and Apache Sling. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Understanding of AEM deployment, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Good to Have:

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM. Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service. Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
