The Role:
We are looking for an AEM Backend Developer
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with back-end developers and UX/UI designers to implement user-facing features.
• Work on integrating AEM-based back-end with the front-end layer, especially Adaptive Forms.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with web standards.
• Maintain and enhance existing websites/applications.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Drive the adoption of reusable components and best practices in code quality.

Skills Required:
AEM backend (MUST)

• strong AEM Backend JAVA skills - this is not EDS specific , but for any form to work on in HDFC Project
• Java Programming with Servlet development
• OSGi/FELIX
• Web services creation and consumption
• Java Content Repository (JCR)/CRX
• Apache Sling, Maven
• Junit, Code Review, Code Quality

Adaptive Forms

• Adaptive forms development
• Development of Form Data Model and integration with backend systems
• Performance optimization in Adaptive Forms using features like Lazy Loading.
• Logical structuring and reusability of form artefacts using Fragments
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end architecture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Graduate
• Relevant experience should be min 3-4 years
