AEM Architect



We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect to lead end-to-end AEM implementations, including on-premise (AEM 6.x) and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AEM solutions while ensuring best practices in performance, security, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle AEM implementations, including requirements gathering, architecture design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.

Design and implement scalable, high-performance AEM solutions for both on-premise (AEM 6.x) and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments.

Define technical architecture, best practices, and governance models for AEM projects.

Integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) and third-party systems (CRM, eCommerce, DAM).

AEM performance, security, and scalability, ensuring adherence to DevOps and CI/CD best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, developers, QA, UX) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM issues related to performance, caching, and clustering.

Stay updated with the latest AEM features, cloud-native architectures, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Adobe AEM (CQ) with at least 3+ years as an AEM Architect.

Hands-on experience in full-cycle AEM implementations (on-premise & AEMaaCS).

Strong expertise in:

AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, JCR)

Front-end technologies (HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, CSS, React/Angular)

Back-end development (Java, RESTful APIs, Microservices)

DevOps & Cloud (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure)

Experience with AEM Multi-Site Manager (MSM), Dispatcher configurations, and CDN setups.

Knowledge of AEM security best practices (user permissions, SSO, encryption).
