Amazon PPC Subject Matter ExpertSubject Matter Expert (SME) - Marketplace AdsWe are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our marketplace ads team, primarily focused on Amazon and Flipkart ads. The successful candidate will work closely with account managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that ads campaigns and initiatives are executes successfully and on time.Key Responsibilities- Reduce client attrition rates by strategizing out-of-the-box tactics specific to the client.- Assisting account managers in creating and presenting plans and projections.- Work closely with the account managers to ensure that client campaigns meet or exceed performance goals and plan scale ups. Conduct ops calls to identify and address challenges faced by the account managers.- Organize client exchange programs to facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration.- Assist in growth activities by creating and present brand strategy to clients considering category performance on AMS, advertising account learnings, stage of brand life cycle.- Thereby align them on the return expectations.- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon and Flipkart ads and share insights with the team. Conduct academy calls to ensure the flow of knowledge throughout the team.- Analyse campaign data and identify trends and insights to optimize client campaigns.- Develop and maintain documentation, including training materials, ops manuals, etcExperience :- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing marketplace ads (Amazon and Flipkart) across multiple industries & geographies- Experience in planning various off AMS promotion activities on Amazon such as DSP, Co-op promotions, live commerce, etc- Hand on experience in Flipkart Ads- Experience in driving new ideas and adopting new strategies to scale up brands with efficiencyRequired Skills :- Should have sound knowledge of amazon ecosystem - seller central, vendor central, pi, etc.- Additional experience in other marketplaces is preferred - Flipkart, Walmart, Myntra, etc.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamQualifications :Bachelors degree or equivalent (ref:updazz.com)
