. The role includes court appearances, drafting, legal research, and case management. The Advocate should also be
familiar with various AI tools used in legal research, drafting, case analysis, and documentation
to improve efficiency and accuracy in legal work.
Key Responsibilities:
Appearances before the Rajasthan High Court and subordinate courts
Drafting writ petitions, replies, rejoinders, applications, and written submissions
Legal research on statutes, case laws, and procedural laws
Case briefing, file preparation, and coordination for hearings
Tracking recent judgments and legal developments
Eligibility:
Enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council
Experience: Freshers to 5 years
Familiarity with High Court practice and procedures (preferred)
Skills Required:
Strong legal drafting and research skills
Proficiency in legal research databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.)
Working knowledge of
AI tools for legal research and drafting
(e.g., ChatGPT, AI-based legal research platforms)
Ability to use AI tools for case analysis, summarization, and drafting support
Good communication and time-management skills
