We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advocate who has successfully completed the All India Bar Examination (AIB) and is enrolled with a State Bar Council. The ideal candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide sound legal advice, and draft legal documents. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks, case laws, and professional ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in civil, criminal, and legal proceedings in courts, tribunals, and other authorities.
Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, petitions, affidavits, and contracts.
Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
Provide accurate legal advice to clients and internal teams.
Attend court hearings, client meetings, and settlement discussions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, amendments, and case precedents.
Coordinate with senior advocates, legal teams, and stakeholders for effective case strategy.
Manage deadlines and case schedules efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
LL.B. from a recognized university
Cleared All India Bar Examination (AIB)
Enrolled as an Advocate with any State Bar Council
Fresher or 0-2 years of experience preferred (training and mentorship may be provided)
