Key Responsibilities
Legal Documentation & Compliance:
Draft, review, and finalize comprehensive trust deeds, estate planning documents, and succession-related legal instruments
Prepare amendments to existing trust structures and related legal documentation
Ensure all legal documents comply with current Succession Law and estate planning regulations
Handle complex registrations with relevant statutory authorities and regulatory bodies
Client Advisory & Consultation:
Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements through strategic on-site consultations
Design and recommend optimal legal structures for private family trusts and estate planning
Provide expert guidance on civil matters pertaining to family wealth preservation and succession
Deliver customized legal solutions aligned with clients' long-term financial and succession objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with our team of Chartered Accountants to ensure integrated tax and legal planning
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for comprehensive service delivery
Participate in multidisciplinary client presentations and strategy sessions
Essential Requirements
Legal Expertise:
Demonstrable hands-on experience in
Succession Law
and estate planning matters
Strong foundation in
civil law
as it relates to private family trusts and wealth structures
Proven track record in drafting complex trust deeds, wills, and succession documents
Experience with trust registrations and regulatory compliance procedures
Professional Skills:
Exceptional legal drafting and document review capabilities
