Job Summary:

Adiyogi Promotors is looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Advocate

specializing in

land and civil litigation

. The candidate will handle property-related legal issues, documentation, due diligence, and represent the company in various legal forums and government offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

land-related and civil disputes

including ownership, acquisition, and encroachment cases. Draft and review

sale deeds, MoUs, lease deeds, and property agreements.

Conduct

title verification

and

legal due diligence

for land/property transactions. Represent the company before

civil courts, tribunals, and revenue authorities.

Draft and issue

legal notices, replies, plaints, and written statements.

Liaise with

registration offices, municipal bodies, and revenue departments.

Maintain case files, legal documentation, and follow up on hearings. Provide

strategic legal advice

to management on property matters and dispute resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

LL.B / LL.M

from a recognized university. Minimum

13 years of experience

in

land and civil litigation.

Strong knowledge of

property, civil, and revenue laws.

Excellent

drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in

English and Tamil.
