Key Highlights:
Draft & review agreements (loan docs, vendor contracts, NDAs, etc.)
Ensure compliance with RBI and statutory regulations
Handle RBI complaints, litigation, and arbitration support
Liaise with external counsels & regulatory bodies
Stay updated on NBFC legal and regulatory changes
Who You Are:
LLB (enrolled with Bar Council preferred)
2+ years of NBFC or financial institution experience
Strong in drafting, compliance, and legal communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
