Key Responsibilities

?Assist in litigation strategy development and coordination with advocates and counsels.

?Draft and review reply to Show Cause Notices, Audit Observations, Summons etc.

?Prepare appeals, petitions, and submissions to be put forth before the forums.

?Conduct in-depth legal research on GST law, advance rulings, and judicial precedents.

?Draft legal opinions and advisory notes on queries asked by clients.

?Review client documentation, GST returns, and reconciliations to identify potential litigation risks.

?Stay updated on latest amendments and judicial developments in indirect taxation.

Candidate Profile

?Qualified candidate with at least 1 year of experience in Indirect Taxation Litigation and can undertake minimum 2 Years' commitment and not the temporary one.

?Strong understanding of GST law, appellate procedures, and departmental processes.

?Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.

?Proficiency in communication and client interaction.

?Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, litigation-oriented environment.

?Exposure to litigation, advisory, or representation before authorities will be an advantage
