Provide legal support and advisory on real estate transactions including land acquisition, joint ventures, development agreements, and lease deeds.
Ensure compliance with
RERA
and other applicable real estate laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including sale agreements, MOUs, construction contracts, and title reports.
Handle legal due diligence of properties and projects.
Represent the company before authorities, tribunals, and courts as required.
Liaise with external legal counsel for litigation and advisory matters.
Support in project registration and ongoing compliance under RERA.
Advise internal teams (sales, marketing, projects) on legal risks and implications.
Maintain legal records and manage legal documentation.
Requirements:
LLB/LLM
from a recognized university.
Minimum
7 years of post-qualification experience
in real estate law.
In-depth knowledge of
RERA, property laws, land acquisition laws
, and real estate documentation.
Experience working with real estate companies, law firms, or developers preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Proficiency in handling legal compliance and regulatory affairs.
